DK REALTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I, Filipino citizen, of legal age, after being duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

– That I am not connected to any Realty Company or practicing Real Estate Service under a Real Estate Broker.

– That I will not transact to other Realty Company or Real Estate Brokers/Agents that are not member of DK Realty.

– That I will disclose all Real Estate related transaction to DK Realty.

– That I will abide to the Rules and Regulations set by DK Realty Management.

– That I agree with the terms and conditions for the purpose of my application to be a member of DK Realty.

The Company reserves its absolute and unrestricted right, at all times, to amend, add, delete or modify the Terms and Conditions.
